songs randomly stop syncing in offline mode (iPhone 5s)

Ive read through a lot of these posts so let me tell you my issue and then what I've already tried...

Issue: Songs\Playlists will be sync'd. Many times I can add new songs to the sync'd playlist and the new songs will sync as they should. but occassionally they will stop syncing. in order to get songs to sync again, I have to delete the app and reinstall (forcing ALLLL the songs\playlists to resync) If my phone locks while it is syncing...the syncing stops and I have to delete and reinstall again

Solutions I've tried: 

• Ive toggled on all the "available offline" switches
• Ive gone to settings and ensured the "offline mode" is on
• Ive gone to Music quality (in settings) and ensured that "sync over cellular" was on
• I've checked my phone and I have 16gb of space left
• I have about 200-300 songs total so WELL under the 3000 song limit
• Ive rebooted (home button + power button) my phone
• Ive tried Wifi and LTE both.

Im at a loss here guys. This issue doesn't happen all the time. but when it does, It takes hours to get my songs back. I would really appreciate some suggestions for things that I haven't listed above.

It almost sounds like you've tried everything we would suggest. At this point, I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email. This will assign your case to a Spotify rep and you should hear back within 24 hours.
