spotify is just not working

my spotify isnt working- it wasnt letting me play anythinig even if it was downloaded, so I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now I cant log in, it keeps saying there was an error and to try again later with code=30

I have restarted my phone several times already too

Thanks for reaching out on the Community about this.

Could you check your antivirus apps and make sure Spotify is whitelisted or set as an exception? It's also a good idea to uninstall any ad-blocker apps and try logging in using a different network.

If you haven't already we'd recommend to thoroughly reinstall the app with these steps.

i’m having the exact same problem and none of the solutions online have worked so far. + my email for spotify has an apostrophe in it so i have only ever been able to log in through the mobile app. now i cant get in at all

Could you elaborate a little more on the issue you're experiencing? Are you able to log in on the mobile app? What's the affected device's brand/model/operating system?

Were you able to log in when connected to a different network?

What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
