spotify music player keeps crashing around one third into a song

when relaunched, it will resume playing from a few seconds into the song and crash again

Can you let me know if you’ve tried any troubleshooting, and if so, what steps you’ve already tried?

If not, could you try these steps and see if it makes a difference?

Lastly, if nothing works, could you share the make and model of your device, the OS version, and the Spotify version you're using?
