spotify smart shuffle

My Question or Issue

Smart shuffle enabled via playlist, i filter out somgs i dont want a hear to create good playlist with great songs. without even closing the app just switching , switch back and song order, and even some songs disappear. no way around it unless smart shuffle is turned off

So we can better understand the situation, could send us screenshots or a video recording of how the Queue changes and when it happens? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

 

In the meantime, let us know if this started happening recently and if you noticed if it happened after an update or recent change. Additionally, have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If not, you can start by logging out and back in twice in a row, restarting your device, and reinstalling the Spotify app
