Just to confirm, are you still experiencing this? If so, does this happen only on your phone or on other devices as well? We'd also like to know if the same happens while using a different internet connection. 

If this only happens on your phone, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.
