Apple Watch showing duplicate podcasts

With the latest versions, I now see duplicated podcasts listed in the Podcasts playlist on my Apple Watch.

if I have three episodes on my phone, I have six listed on the watch. And they are in repeated order e.g. 1,2,3,1,2,3 so it’s not sorting them. It’s like the episodes on the phone are being enumerated twice on the watch.

i have rebooted both devices and reinstalled Spotify on both devices.

It seems to have started happening with whatever version of the iOS app that came out with the swipe from left menu on the Home Screen.

As we're not getting other reports about this behavior right now, please let us know if you're still having issues after trying the all the steps. Should that be the case, could you let us know what Spotify version you're currently running?
