start offline mode - immediately told Go Online Within 13 Days

Problem in detail: using spotify premium in online mode on two devices, as soon as I toggle offline mode on either one, it displays I have to go online in 13 days. I have no other devices logged in on the link at https://www.spotify.com/ca-en/account/offline-devices/ 

I have not been offline for the past 17 consecutive days, is there a bug in the current software? Has the policy changed?

Do I really have to get a twitter account to recieve customer service as a paying subscriber?
