stopping my downloads

im no where near 10,000 songs and only have one offlne device yet i cant download all of my song im missing about 600+ songs and have only got just under 5,000 songs what can be done??

I'm sorry to inform you, you only have a maximum of 3,333 per device. That makes a total of 9,999 songs if you use 3 devices.
