unable to download local files from windows spotify onto iphone spotify

My Question or Issue

I am unable to download a local files song into my iPhone. When i am playing it on my computer, my iphone shows that the song is playing on another device, but it does not show that the song is in the playlist. When i change the device to my iphone, it shows that the song is not downloaded. I have downloaded the playlist on both my laptop and my phone, and they are connected to the same wi-fi. Please help! Thank you 🙂

Just to confirm, does the song appear greyed out in the playlist on your iPhone, or does it not appear at all? 

Also, is this happening only with this one song, or is it happening with other local files?

Once we have that, we'll be able to take a closer look 😉

It solved itself after a few days, not exactly sure what happened LOL
