unable to play downloaded songs on iOS

unable to play downloaded songs on iOS

So ever since I got my new phone and downloaded spotify on it (a few months ago) I have had an issue with some of my songs not being able to be played even though they are downloaded, etc. 

And by not being able to be played, I mean that the bar down the bottom of the screen that shows the song, etc. disappears, and if I try to click the song again, the bar appears for a second and then disappears once again

 

If anyone could help I would reallyyyy appreciate it as this is starting to really annoy me. Thanks :))

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂


I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?
