where is my features i bought

where is my features i bought

i bought spotify individual premium on friday and still haven’t gotten the features

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, and welcome!

 

If you're still unable to see your Premium features, we'd first suggest logging out and back into your account. This will force the synchronization of your account's info and you should be able to see the features.

 

If this doesn't work, make sure that you're logging into the correct account. You can try with any other email addresses you might've used to sign up for the Premium service.
