I've got my sister a Tivo box and she's signed up to Spotify Premium to use Tivo's app. Unfortunately she's having to enter the password every time she signs into the app and this is impossible for her with the Tivo remote as it's very hard generally and she has cerebral palsy spatial problems.
I've thought the Tivo box, or the Spotify application, should be storing the password. Virgin's customer support says the password has to be entered in every time as Spotify no longer has a deal with Virgin and there's therefore no support provided. It's a trivial thing but it's ridiculous to me that the app can't be used in a user friendly way with this having been withdrawn. I'm particularly saying that as my sister is wanting to use Spotify with Tivo as I'm sure others do in probably now finding it difficult.
I don't know if this has been mentioned previously. I would like Spotify to be aware it is an issue in also valuing any feedback.
