This is kind of annoying. I am trying to use Spotify on my laptop (MacBook Pro OS X 10.10.2) to control the music playing from my Android (5.0.2 HTC One m8) phone but it doesn't seem to work if the device is locked. I can pause an already running song, change the position of the currently playing song, etc.
But if I pause it... I can't play it again. When I go to the connect button my phone is greyed out until I unlock my phone, and open the app again.
Is this some kind of limitation? I also can't change the phones volume from the computer.
