I've been trying over the past two weeks to change my country in my profile, but the option is greyed out constantly. I was able to update my postal code just fine, and my IP address recognizes that I'm in Canada (correctly).
I thought perhaps it had to do with my subscription, but now that it has lapsed I still can't change the country as it remains greyed out. Not great. Could someone please change it manually for me? It would also be helpful to update the help file to let other users know what to do in this case as none of the guides mention that the dropdown may be unavailable for some reason.
