Having paid for premium for several months now I decided to cancel today, I just don't use it enough. I looked in the help section, which showed a screenshot of the subscription page, and gave instructions on how to cancel. Having tried several times I find there is no button in the subscription and payment section as shown on the screenshot, just a message telling me I'll be charged again in a couple of days! It seems there is no availability of a number to ring customer support, or if there is it's very well hidden. Just posting this to record my frustration, and to support my demand for a refund if I am charged for the next month. Seems like a really shabby service. Having googled I found this link which shows the same screenshot so I assume this has happened on some sort of scale.
