It has just come to my attention that I have been getting billed for a premium service that does not work on my phone. I have submitted several messages to Spotify about the service not working and finally just stopped using it. I just now reviewed my Pay-Pal account and found that I have been billed a sum of $99.90 which I would like to have credited back since I have not been able to listen to more than 1 song at a time without having to reboot my phone since my trial subscription ended. I was told by support that the reason was a problem with payment so wanted to revert to regular version of Spotify but that has not happened either. I have not even opened Spotify for more than 6 months now. I also have had to uninstall it from my desktop because it was always initializing itself. Please, if you would be so kind as to credit my account, then there would be no need to take further action. thank you and happy holidays, Crash
