Ive been a Spotify Premium user for a couple of years now. A few weeks ago I changed the credit card tied to my account for auto-billing.
Today I got an automated email saying the monthly automated billing process failed. I logged into my account to re-enter my credit card details and I get the following message when I enter my card details:
"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."
I tried this process three times and received the same error.
My card works perfectly, I used it several times today without problem. To be sure I called my credit card company and they also confirmed my account is working all ok without issue. They commented that my card had been used successfully several times today, they also commented there had been no attempt by Spotify to charge my card.
Ive been a Premium Member for year - whats happening Spotify?!
