Hi,
I’m new in Spotify, I recently created a primary account with my girlfriend Facebook account and after that I upgrade it to Family subscription and add my Facebook account as secondary member.
I have configured this secondary account in a Windows 10 Mobile, everything looks right but when I pick an album and click save nothing happened, I cannot download de content of the album to my phone, the "available offline" selector never appears. But if I do this with a playlist I get track offline.
I don't think that this is because my version/phone because I get the exactly same issue in the Windows PC Spotify app version. I think that the problems is in my account.
Please, let me know if someone else get this behavior and how can I solve it.
