Spotify usually plays fine in Chrome and then today it stopped playing. There is a bright green banner at the bottom with "You are using the web player". The time indicator shows that the song is progressing but there is no sound. Everything seem to work but just no sound.
I thought it was problem with the computer sound but Pandora and YouTube play sound and work OK.
I tried deleting all the cookies that Spotify uses and that did not help.
I thought it was the browser but Edge behaves the same way, no sound. Pandora and YouTube play fine.
What changed? Why doesn't it work any more?
