Suddenly Spotify started acting completely weird.

I tested the Desktop Mac application, Web player in Chrome, and the iOS application, seeing exactly the same random things in all platforms:

• When I signed in, I had a new playlist added with a random name (something like a token: s35hka251ksg for example).
• After I start playing a song, it skips to the next song after ~30 seconds
• Songs are automatically added/removed from favorites
• Spotify starts playing musing when it's stopped, and sometimes it just stops.

I'm not getting any alerts saying my account is being used somewhere else.

Here're some things I tried:

• Multiple browsers/clients
• Uninstall/install all apps
• Change my password
• Clear cache of everything (apps, and browsers)

Nothing seemed to work, so I think it might be a server side issue since it's happening in all my devices.

Any thoughts??
