I hope the subject was flashy enough. I managed to make the windows phone 10 app work by starting it offline (make sure your data connection is off in the phone settings). Once you started spotify you can turn your internet connection on and the app works fine.
Each time I do it like this it works.
Each time I start it with my internet on it bugs.
Maybe this helps the developer team fix it. For now this is the only way I can enjoy spotify on mobile. I hope this works for you as well.
