Plan: Premium
Country: USA
Device: Apple TV 4k
Operating System: tvOS 13.4.4
Playback from my Apple TV intermittently drops out (a couple of times per song). The drop out is 3-5 seconds long and automatically resumes.
The Apple TV is connected via ethernet, and QoS on the router is setup to provide the Apple TV with maximum bandwidth. Other apps on the Apple TV with much heavier bandwidth requirements (e.g. Netflix, Apple TV+) don't suffer the same issues and I don't see frequent ABR changes to video quality. I find it unlikely that the cause is a local network issue.
There aren't any settings to configure buffer sizes or anything else. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a known issue?
