My Question or Issue

I want to be able to right click suggested playlists and remove them, and not have them show again - some of the thumbnails are not appropriate at all, and we use Spotify at home for the whole family. I want to be able to control what comes up here, I don't like the fact that suggestions can't seem to be turned off, and even more that I can't get rid of suggestions that I don't want - at best they are cluttering my homescreen, at worst they are inappropriate for my kids.

Please let me know what I can do to remove unwanted suggestions.
