AI DJ bug report - DJ playback broken across all Spotify services after previously having no issues.

UPDATE: Spotify Support was unable to fix the problem with my account and verified it wasn't an issue with my devices. I was able to login using their test account and then later a new one which I created, both new accounts had no issues using the DJ feature when logged in using the same devices and software as my original broken account. Unfortunately they can't transfer all of the old account's settings so I will have to manually retrain the new account's music recommendations. Once I receive my old account's user data (requested from the Privacy settings page) they told me to update them so the original account could be deleted. Each response took about 30 minutes and they were pleasant to work with.

From Spotify Support:
"Here’s what we can transfer:
  • Saved music
  • Playlists
  • Followers
  • Notification settings
  • Any personal details registered, e.g. your date of birth
Note: For security, we can only perform 1 account transfer per person.
This doesn't include:
  • Artists/people you follow
  • Your listening history
Note: This means playlists made for you like Discover Weekly and Daily Mix will start fresh on your new account."

My Question or Issue

I've been happily using the AI DJ lately, without issue, however this morning it stopped working across all Spotify services, verified with multiple devices. Please check my account for any issues and forward this bug to your product developers.
See below for bug description, screen recording recreating the issue, and attached photos.

When attempting to use the AI DJ:
-On the Android app, the AI DJ play button changes to a pause button when tapped, then opens a dark overlay which blocks user input and can only be closed by using the Android OS back or home buttons. After closing the dark overlay window, pressing the DJ play/pause button only changes the icon but does nothing else. No audio is played.
Playing a valid playlist, then attempting to play the DJ displays the dark overlay again with no audio.
-On the Windows app the play buttons are gray, no song information is displayed, no audio is played.
-On the Web Player the DJ doesn't appear in "Your Library" at all.

I've tried using two different phones, the Windows 10 app, Spotify Web Player, clearing app data and cache, clean reinstalls of Android and Windows apps as described on the Spotify Community guide, and downgrading to an older Android app version to no effect.
