My Question or Issue

Literally cannot get my playlist in a bottle to show up. It's important to me because one of the ways I keep track of memories is through music, so I was really excited for this to become available. I opened the app this morning and the notification came up. I clicked it and then the app crashed. I googled how to access the playlist in a bottle and I used that link. It didn't work. I pulled up the same link on my computer and scanned the QR code that came up. It didn't work. I'm getting really frustrated now. I just want my playlist, and it seems that this is the only way to get in contact with a physical person who can help me. For clarity, I am trying to locate the playlist I made in 2024 and make a new one for 2025.
