Hello,
Today I received a gift card of the amount of 10 euro. While activating it I could choose for 1 month Spotify Premium or 2 months Spotify Unlimited. I choose for 2 months Spotify Unlimited. After I confirmed it I saw the notification that the upgrade was succesfull and I now have the Spotify Unlimited.
In my account information I see:
You are registered for Spotify Unlimited until 2014-05-16. After this period your account will become a Spotify Free account.
Nevertheless I still heard the annoying commercials while I am listening to Spotify on my iPad. So I decided to log off and log in again, but the commercials were still there. Then I decided to shut down the app and start it again, but the commercials are still there.
Why do I still hear commercials if I have the Spotify Unlimited?
I hope someone can help me.
