2 Subscriptions at the same time

Hi, I wanted to try out spotify premium for a month.  I put in my credit card info for the free trial through the spotify desktop software but it said there had been an error.  I then attempted to sign up for the free trial through the website but it said that I was not eligible.  I then decided to pay the £9.99 so I could try it out.  When I checked my emails I had two receipts, one for the free trial and one for the £9.99 i paid.  So when I was told there had been an error it had actually worked and I had begun my trial.  I was told that I was not eligible because I had already started my trial. So now I have 2 months,  will they run simultaneously or will my trial run out and then my paid month begin?  Have i wasted £9.99 or will I get 2 months of premium?

You will be able to see the next renewal/payment date on your online overview.
