30 day trial not happening I for 2 days

30 day trial not happening I for 2 days

I started using the app for my iPhone and only used it for 48 hrs and it said my trial use was over. I was supposed to get 30 days of free trial use and that did not happen. How can you fix it so I get the full benefit of the 30 days? I thought it would show me the page where I sign my credit card info again but it didn't and now I just have radio.

I invested a nice library on my pc let alone the option to hear it and more on my phone and was cut off after 2 days when I was supposed to get 30.

Hey @tdystrings ! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

You get the 48 hour free trial the first time you log in on a mobile device, but if you subscribed to a 30 day free trial it should have started automatically after that 48 hour free trial ended. 

 

Can you check your online overview and see if it says you are on premium? 

 

If you aren't, but you definitely entered your billing details then do not subscribe again since its likely you actually have two accounts and you have subscribed on the other one. Instead, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get it all sorted out for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

If it shows you are on premium but its not working, try the steps outlined in this post.
