A month passed but still got 0 minutes. Why??

A month passed but still got 0 minutes. Why??

Hello,

 

My question is: I have exceeded my monthly limit over a month ago, but I still got 0 minutes. Should not I receive a new monthly limit once a month passes? 

 

Also,  it has been said that Spotify will start giving unlimited accounts for free. Wondering when that will be offered?

Hi. If you're in Turkey, the terms are different from other countries as set out here. If you're not in Turkey, shout out and I'll try again 🙂

Thank you for the prompt response. Actullay, I live in Northern Cyprus, but I believe our internet network is based in Turkey. Actually, i have not used the services for more than 4 months, may be 2, however, i have held an account a long time from the time i was living the States. May be that is the problem? 

 

Also, are the recent news about the unlimited version applicable to Turkey?

What country is set in your online profile

The changes to Spotify free recently which removed play time restrictions do not currently apply in Turkey I'm afraid.
