Account - Change Plan

Hi there - I am currently part of a family plan but will be leaving that family plan to start a new family plan with someone else. How do I do this without having to delete my current account/info?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

You'll first need to leave the Premium Family plan you're currently part of.

 

This can be done by "canceling" your membership via the cancellation process for a paid subscription with the difference, that the cancellation of your membership in a Family plan has an instantaneous effect. More info on how to do that can be found here.

 

You keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads. Once you're back on free, you can upgrade to Premium Family here.
