Hello, I have been unable to log into the mac or ios apps all day and am unable to save my profile without getting this error "Sorry, unhandled error" and when it does submit I get "No data sent".

 

Whenever I go back to edit profile my DOB and Gender fiedls have been reverted to default. I also get randomly logged out of the website.

 

I reinstalled the app on both devices - but I think this is more of a corrupted data, than app side issue.

I'm getting the exact same issue.

I can only log-in using my fb details. My Spotify ones result in this error.

Which means I can'r register my Sonos, even though I have a Premium account.

Having been through the FAQs and Community pages it feels like a real struggle trying to get any help!
