Account features and playlists disappeared

Hello,

Yesterday my playslists and general account settings disappeared. I'm suddently no longer an "Unlimited" user, and have a free account instead. I havent done any changes myself or haven't changed my account setting either.

I please need some help with this, since I had lots of playlists from long ago and I wouldn't like to lose them!!!

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account which is normally always the case when both your playlists and subscription vanish.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.
