I have a premium account throug my mobile provider, but when i try to log in its says that my account is disabled. I have contacted them and there is nothing wrong with the payment, i have sent you a mail but no answer. Luckely I had this old account so i could post here

Is this on the online contact form? If so, Did you receive an automated reply? If so, make sure to reply to id directly even if it's from a no-reply and someone over at Spotify will take a look at it.
Check your spam folder and whitelist Spotify if necessary.
If you have another email account; try using this form and see if you receive the emails on the other account.

yup i have done all that, but still not a word from anyone,
whats even better is that when my account is disabled its in teori impossible to get in contact with cosumer service if you dont have another account.

thanks, if they cant fix it I just have to take my money elswhere, but it seems strange that they just disable an account like that with out any warning

Your login details will be the same as your Facebook login details. If you are after a Device Password, please contact our team on this link: Contact The agent will need your date of birth and postal code to send you a password. Our German staff are off today, but I believe that a couple are in tomorrow.
No my login can't be the same as my facebook login because I don't have/want my account linked with facebook. But Im seeing that a lot of other are having the same problem so I guess that spotify are having some issues

If you don't have a Facebook account, try entering your username rather than your email address on the password reset page.
Also, be sure to double check your spam/junk folders since they often get stuck in those!

If i try using my username to retrive password i get this msg: The username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account.
Still havent heard anything from the support team but i guess if I dont hear anything tomorrow i will have to tell my service provider to stop the payment to spotify, no point in paying for a service im not getting
ok so now i got an email from spotify, i feel like its an automated mail but, their telling me that ther has been suspisius streaming on my account. But when i ask how that is possible when all i do i stream their music i havent gotten any reply back.
I realy feel like they dont realy have a good customer service, I cant think of anything that could cause them to acuse me of something suspisous, i use their streaming service and offline playlists on my phone, if there has been any suspicious streaming doesent that mean that spotify has done something wrong not me, I cant stream anything over their network
