Account hacked

My spotify account was hacked into, and then logged into with the persons facebook. I can't figure out how to change my accounts name back to my real name, < removed for security >. Right now, when you search my login name it comes up as the hackers name, and when you click on the account it shows up as my real name. I will show a picture below because it is a confusing situation. I also want some steps to make sure he never gets in again.
