Account hacked

When walking home my Spotify stopped and I received an email saying my account email was changed from the proper one to '*snip*' which is definitely not me. No email was sent before to confirm the change. Nothing. I have premium and would rather not lose it. The worst part is there is no cancel option or a way to instantly contact support, or they ask for my login to communicate, but I just lost that.
