Can't login with internet connection?

Hello, It seems I can't log into Spotify with an internet connection, because if I put my password and username into the login section, if I have a stable connection. It gets the error message 3. But if I try it without an internet connection. It works just fine. Can someone explain this to me?

Let's try reinstalling it before trying again. If you're still getting the same error message, try logging into a different Spotify account to see if it behaves the same.

I can’t login to my account, because I think it’s hacked. And It may be that that occurred with my account because my account got hacked (email and password changed)
