Account hijacked

Just noticed my account has been hijacked.

I can still log in with facebook, but the e-mail and password on the account has been changed (so I have no way to change the e-mail back to my old one). My username is fairly short and common and I get a couple of these "Reset your password" e-mails every month, but I disregard them as I'm not the one that's asked for the p/w reset.

What do you need from me to change the e-mail adress back to my old one? And do you have some sort of two step verification to make sure this doesn't happen again?
