I went to go buy the premium on iTunes but said my card info was wrong and I thought I had missed typed something so I tried it again and didn't work but when I look on my card info it charged me twice ?

Every time you make a request to pay for something online the bank will register that attempt. Many times if the transaction does not go through it will be corrected by the bank. Continue to check bank records to make sure you are provided the services you paid for.

 

Generally when paying for thingsonline and you run into some form of 'Error' page. Do not continue trying to make the same transaction as it will repeat the charge over and over. Highly recommend double checking that you marked the proper type off card (visa/mastercard), 16 digit code is correct as well as safety pin before submitting payment.

Thank u ill remember that.. But since It was purchased when I go to my account on spotify and doesn't show the premium?? Anything I can do for that for it to change

Are you using a pre-paid gift card for itunes only? Any specific reason for getting premium through itunes rather than Spotify itself? When I go to Spotify.com, log into profile im able to check 'Account Overview'. On that page it will tell you whether you are a Free or Premium user. To double check that these charges are being made you could check the 'Receipts' tab as well. If it was a sucessful transaction on Spotify's end they should give you a "Order ID" in that tab which you could contact Spotify about. 

If you do have successful payments, copy the Order ID. Go to --> Contact Form | Click here. Then you would want to select the Subscription tab, then a new list of options will pop up and you will want to select "double payments/charges". I would include the Order ID with your message to Spotify.
