Dear all,

 

I hope you are well.

 

I recently subscribed to Spotify Unilimited last week which is the £5 a month subscription.

 

However my bank account has been charged 3 times - do you know why this is and how I can get a refund of the extra money charged?

 

I would be ever so grateful if you could please help me as soon as you can! My email address is sbhanaut@hotmail.com
