Account was hacked then reset

Account was hacked then reset

My account was hacked this morning by someone from Colombia. I quickly changed my password, however I have lost all my playlists and songs. I have tried recovering the playlists, but it says none have been deleted. 

My account is also on the Family package, and am still paying for it, but my account right now is a free account for some reason.

Hey @joobymoob,

 

i think the best thing you could do is contact the support because i think they are for sure able to recover your playlist and solve all your other problems that appeared after the hacking of your account. (Spotify's Support)
