Adding existing member to premium

Trying to link up to family premium.  Keep getting message "oops there is a problem".  What the heck!

Please try using different browsers in your computer (don't forget to clear cookies/cache before) and let me know if it helps.

Hi, I'm having the same issue but I've tried different browsers and have come to the same issue. Do you know why that is?

Hi @ammigrey,

 

It seems like you've only tried using your mobile. Could you please try using browsers in your computer? And don't forget to clear cache/cookies before the process.
