After being hacked

could you delete this facebook account so I can reconnect it to my true account (which is oninjao) as my account was hacked I logged in with facebook and the bugger had disconected it so I now have a free trial on facebook I do not want, which means I cannot connect it to my premium account.

Oninjao - I've just restored a load of playlists in your account. Just log out and in again, and they should be there waiting.

I've deleted your other thread. Can you please refrain from multiple posting the same message. One will do.

YES it worked, thank you, is there anyway to restore the playlists the little sod deleted (i managed to recover the one called 'car' but none of the others)

well clearly it wont as your customer service is appaling and I have had to email customer support numerous times with no reply for days or no reply at all, pardon me if i wish someone to actually do something, now I would lodge a complaint but who to as you seem as a company determined not to offer support via telephone as such instead we have to wait for emails which never arrive, not to mention if I did complain there is nothing to stop you reading an email and deleting instead of me having you on the phone and actually being able to lodge a complaint with a manager or higher up, Truly appaling customer support behind a brilliant product makes the product in total to be pretty Meh.
