After payment faillure, I resubscribed and now I can't find any of my playlists!!

After payment faillure, I resubscribed and now I can't find any of my playlists!!

Even though I believe the first payment was wrongfully declined, I used a different card and resubscribed. When i logged in again none of my playlists were there!! I had SO much music! Do they automatically delete everything right after?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Normally when all of your playlists disappeared you have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account since your playlists remain on your account regardless of your subscription status. 

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly. If you need your subscription transfered from one account to another, they will also be able to do that for you if you get in touch.
