We'd recommend that you try changing your e-mail address by following the steps here

 

On another note, if you're getting error message saying that this address is already in use, it means that you might have another account associated with the e-mail you're trying to use. We suggest you visit this article to see what you can do to locate your second account. Once you've locate it, you can cancel the subscription with the steps here. After closing the account, it will take 14-30 days for the email address to become available for sign-up again.
