Apps not working in Canada? (I have a UK Premium account)

Hi,

I have a UK Spotify Premium account but now live in Canada. No problems accessing all my playlists and music but unable to access some of my favourite apps, We are Hunted, Pitchfork and Matador for example. Are these not available in Canada? I thought my Premium subscription would work anywhere.

Hello.

Some applications may work on geolocation technology. As you're currently based in a country where Spotify is not available, then sadly the applications may experience problems when trying to be used.

Thanks David - its a shame as I really loved those apps but guess until Spotify comes to Canada thats just the way it is.

Happy still that I can still use the service out here, tried Rdio but didnt get on with it.
