online form does  not work.  why doesn't this company have a direct email for customer support.  Customer support information should't be hidden in the website.

Those forms are pretty much exactly the same as emailing support.

Hi Peter,

thanks for the link - i have used that form more than three months ago. the only thing i got was an autorespond with link to the community here & faq - nothing more! if spotify wants to become a profitable company one day they should better take care their existing customers.

Replying directly to that automated email reply (even if it says not to) will bump your case over to an advisor who can lend a hand. Its a silly system....
