Been charged for the last seven months having cancelled my subscription in January

Been charged for the last seven months having cancelled my subscription in January

I have charges on my pay pal account going back seven months for Spotify Premium even though I cancelled my sunscription in January. Have had no response from my email. Can anyone help?

I have still had no contact from any of your agents. Increasingly frustrated.

I have the same issue going on, and no reply from spotify. I have been trying to get help from them for 2 months. I finally called my bank and asked them to deny all future charges from Spotify and put in a dispute for the last several months. Terrible customer service, with not intention to help users. Seems like this is a very common issue for people as this forum is riddled with posts similar to this. I only hope other people read this forum before purchasing this service.
