My username and password for my original Spotify login does not work anymore. My username for Spotify is: Rupbar
I pay for Spotify premium through my phone provider, Telia. My premium status should be active.
When I login, it says error 410 and I am in offline mode. However, my playlists are there and I can play my offline/downloaded playlists but not search for any songs. Even when a friend has used her account on my computer and I re-login with my username Rupbar, Rupbar's playlists are still there.
When I try to reset my password, I get this message: "It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com." So I can't change my password. When I log in with my Facebook account, the status is Spotify free even though I am paying through Telia.
I REALLY don't want my Spotify account to be connected to Facebook AT ALL, but when I try to disconnect, it says I'm in offline mode and I can't do it.
This is my third e-mail to you. I am paying through Telia and it hasn't worked for a few weeks now and you didn't respond to my previous e-mails.

"I re-installed, but it didn't work.
For some reason we've don't have that response. However, we can still help here.
What's happened is you've made another account via your Facebook. So I've removed that second account for you--just be sure to always log in with 'rupbar' rather than your email from now on.

It no longer says that my account is tied to facebook when I want to reset the password. But I don't get an e-mail with my new password and I can't write my e-mail to get a new apssword. And I can still use my old password to access my offline playlists, but I can't log into the spotify.com website.
I have same problem. Four passport reset e-mails send, but nothing.
Or actually I try to reset my password for my Spotify account, but I don't get e-mail. Then I log in with facebook account and lost all my spotify account playlists. What is the problem why I can't get reset passport e-mail? Spotify also charged payment of premium, but I can't use it.
