Been double billed every month for at LEAST a year!!?

Been double billed every month for at LEAST a year!!?

Soooo I just noticed on my checking account statements that Spotify has been double billing me a month since at LEAST June of 2015, if not more?! What in the world is going on, and how do I get this fixed?!

Yikes, double billing would have me choked too. That's definitely NOT what we want to hear, so let's get things straightened around. For this type of issue I'd recommend contacting support. They'd be more than happy to look into your account's billing issues if you contact them directly.

Reply to the automated email if you receive one (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have been getting billed on the 8th and the 20th of every month!! What is going on?? Hopefully I don't have to switch to a different service!! How odd that this seems to be going on alot?? Are u ripping us off?? Please explain!!

It's technically not possible to have two subscriptions at once with just one account, so it's likely that there is another account out there, which you might have forgotten about or which is registered to a family member or friend. 

 

We'd recommend to check out this page and follow the steps under Do you have more than one account? In case you can't access the second Premium account, you'll also find a link there to get in touch with our support staff, who will help you track down the account.
