Being charged for an account I don't use!

Being charged for an account I don't use!

Hello,

So I noticed on my bank statements I was still being charged for a premium account I had with spotifuggle under the name of samybv2.  This account I had tied to my facebook, which I deleted over 2 months ago.  That being said, since my account was tied to facebook and I could no longer log into samybv2, that it too would be deleted.  But this was obviously not the case.  Once I had deleted my facebook I had created another premium membership under samryedur.

I need help getting this issue fixed please.  There is obviously no way I can log back into samybv2 is there?  How do I go about getting my money back?

@samvee3 Hey! The account that was recently charged has the username 'samryedur' and was created through Spotify, not Facebook. This means you can simply ask for a new password here. You'll then have access.

Once you're in, you can cancel by following the instructions here.

Who's your Spotify Star?

Hello Sam

'samryedur' is the account that is supposed to be charged yes but I do believe I was being charged twice.  One for samryedur and one for samybv2(old account connected through facebook that I deleted.)

Correct me if im wrong here.

Thank you

@samvee3 -- I can't find two accounts under the email addres you use with your Community profile, but if you think you might be paying twice, get in touch here and one of our support team will get back to you as soon as they can. If you get an automated response, reply back to it directly.
